Tinta Baby is an Assistant Professor with over 15 years of teaching experience and 8 months of industrial exposure, specializing in Human Resource Management. She holds a B. Com from St. Dominic’s College, Kanjirapally, an MHRM from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, and an MBA from Bharathiar University. Currently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. from Kerala Technological University.
She has published research papers in ABDC-indexed journals and contributed scholarly work on Digital Learning. She adopts innovative pedagogical practices such as the case study approach and the flipped method of teaching to foster critical thinking, innovation, and active learning. Passionate about student development and mentoring, she actively assists students in internships and projects, inspiring them to become innovative thinkers and responsible professionals.
Her teaching expertise covers Industrial Relations and Labour Laws, Business Ethics and Corporate Governance, Introduction to Business, Entrepreneurship, Performance Management, and Training & Development. She has successfully coordinated various academic and co-curricular programs and participated in multiple Faculty Development Programs and conferences, including a Faculty Development Program on Innovative Teaching Practices at IIM Kozhikode, reflecting her dedication to academic excellence and continuous professional growth.
