Ms. Renu J Kandathil holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Viswajyothi College of Engineering and an MBA with dual specializations in Finance and Marketing from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences.
She has over seven years of professional experience with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., where she managed the Emerging Channels portfolio in the Kerala division, focusing on retail management and B2B sales. Her experience in handling diverse markets and building strategic business relationships has given her a strong foundation in both operational and strategic aspects of management.
Her academic training combined with rich industry exposure equips her with expertise in Marketing, Retailing, and B2B Sales.She brings this unique blend of practical knowledge and conceptual understanding into the classroom to create an engaging learning environment for students.
She is currently serving as a faculty member in the Department of Management Studies, Christ Engineering College, Irinjalakuda.
