Ms. Kavya K B is a dynamic marketing and management professional with over four years of corporate experience in marketing strategy, sales, and entrepreneurial operations. She holds a Dual MBA in Marketing from Christ (Deemed to be University), Bangalore and MBA specialized in International Business from FHWS, Germany, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Thomas College (Autonomous), Thrissur. She currently pursuing doctoral research at SRM Institute of Management University, Chennai.
Her professional experience spans roles at IDFC First Bank, Scaler Academy where she has demonstrated strengths in B2C sales proactively managing the product portfolio, conducting continuous risk assessments, high-value pipeline generation, CRM optimization and developing strategic recovery measures. Known for her engaging communication style, she effectively mentors learners and simplifies complex concepts.
Ms. Kavya’s research interests include Consumer behavior, Marketing, Retailing, Neuromarketing. S. Her core competencies include strategic thinking, leadership, adaptability, and creative problem-solving, positioning her as an emerging academic–industry professional.
She is currently serving as a faculty member in the Department of Management Studies, Christ Engineering College, Irinjalakuda.
