John Mathew is an Assistant Professor in Operations at Christ Institute of Business Administration. He holds an MBA in Operations and Business Analytics from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, Kakkanad and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Christ College of Engineering, Irinjalakuda. Prior to joining academia, he worked as an L2 System Administrator at Wipro Technologies, where he played a key role in ETL project support, software troubleshooting, and server management.
