Mr. Jerry Johny is an accomplished management faculty with over 10 years of teaching experience and 2 years of professional experience in the banking sector. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Finance, and holds dual postgraduate qualifications – MBA from Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies and M.Com from Annamalai University. He has also qualified UGC-NET in both Commerce and Management.His teaching and research interests include banking and financial services, digital finance, capital markets, and green banking. He has presented and published several papers in national and international journals and conferences and actively contributes to academic events, training programs, and curriculum development. In addition to his academic roles, Mr. Jerry is a certified capital market professional, an NPTEL-certified soft skills trainer, and an experienced YouTube content creator for management education. He is passionate about integrating real-world insights with classroom learning to develop industry-ready graduates.
