Dr. Gopesh CR is an accomplished academic and industry professional with over two decades of blended experience across higher education and the corporate sector. An Industrial Engineer with an MBA, M.Phil., and Ph.D. in Management Studies, he has served in key academic leadership roles, including over three years as Principal at Rural Academy for Management Studies, leading initiatives in institutional growth, faculty development, and student engagement.

Besides his full-time academic career, Dr. Gopesh spent nearly nine years in the corporate sector, handling operations, sales, and training functions with reputed organizations such as Hindustan Coca-Cola, HSBC Bank, Tata AIG Life, and Aakash Educational Services Ltd. This substantial industry exposure enables him to integrate real-world perspectives into management education. He has also served as a resource person for the National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes & Narcotics (NACIN), conducting training sessions on leadership, stress management, and work-life balance.

A passionate teacher, trainer, and mentor, Dr. Gopesh is known for his engaging classroom approach and focus on student transformation and holistic learning. His teaching and research interests include Operations Management, Organizational Behaviour, Services Marketing, and Leadership Development, with publications and conference presentations in the areas of consumer behaviour and business modelling.
