With a passion for teaching and a commitment to shaping future professionals, she is specialized in Human Resource Management and Information Technology.
She holds an MBA from Albertian Institute of Management (Mahatma Gandhi University) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Anna University. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resource Management from Bharathiar University. With prior experience as an HR Executive and a faculty member at SNGIST Group of Institutions and Holy Grace Academy of Management Studies, she has been actively involved in student coordination, accreditation, admissions, and academic development.
Her research contributions include publications on Emotional Intelligence, Women Entrepreneurs, and Social Media Advertising in reputed journals. She has also served as a judge at management fests, an external viva examiner, and an interviewer for admissions.
